Very nice, clean and the staff were friendly!! Breakfast was good also...would have liked to seen a list of local restaurants and directions...signage for entrance and road Not very good , visible or even there. ?? Missed turn to entrance, had to loop all around ...at night.. cars flying by , etc..

Got here last night after traveling 6 hrs. Three guys with three diff rooms and the check in went quickly so we could get to bed for work in the morning. The staff is wonderful. Anytime we work in this area this will be the hotel we stay at.

The hotel was great! Breakfast is good. Everyone was friendly. Except the last two nights. People next door were too loud. Two ladies sounded like hienas! We never called the front desk as they stopped closer to 10pm. Other than that it was a reasonable distance to Salem or Boston. Uber was our friend.

We made reservations well ahead of time for King wheelchair accessible with Roll in shower as my is wheelchair bound. Arrive and check in go to the room and no an accessible shower. No other room as they were sold out. They checked sister hotel next door and also no rooms. So we had to stay in that room first night. Supposedly got comped.( actually need to check this). Next day they finally got us into the correct room. Room 100. We stayed 1 night and left next day. We had planned/ reservation for 1 more night but left day early because of room conditions. Should have known when Cameron said she wasn't happy with the smell in the room and had housekeeping spraying Fabreeze. It was so musty smelling. As wife was getting ready for shower I was partially clued in by the black mold around the shower and damage to the shower itself. That's why we left early. Didn't want to risk additional exposure. Lady at front desk if everything was OK and if there was anything she could do. I just politely declined. It's not her fault and no need to be rude to her. We will absolutely never stay here again. So much for being a rewards member. How convenient the pics don't populate for all to see.

Pros. Good location, very clean and great staff. ||Cons. Very worn. Paint was pealing in the shower, toilet took 2 to 3 flushings for one piece of paper. ||Not up to Hampton standards. Have stayed at many and despite the good staff who did their best, probably won’t stay here again.
